The Chubb Corporation Announces Dividend Increase
Warren, N.J., February 26, 2009 -- The Board of Directors of The Chubb Corporation today declared a quarterly dividend in the amount of $0.35 per share payable
April 7, 2009 to shareholders of record on March 20, 2009. This represents an increase of $0.02 per share or a 6.1% increase
over the $0.33 dividend paid last quarter.
